Nutritious Summer Cooler – Aam Panna
Indian summers are hot and dry. This is the time to need a delicious homemade drink that can help you beat the heat. Here is a recipe for nutritious summer cooler – aam panna, which not only tastes great but also provides some nutrients to the body.
servings 2 glass
- 1 cup Peel and cut raw mango
- 1/2 cup jaggery powder
- 10 Saffron strings soaked in 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 spoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 spoon Black Salt
Boil the mangoes till they become soft from inside and the color of the skin turns pale.
When the mango is cool enough to handle, remove the peel and squeeze out the pulp.
In a large jar mix mango pump, jaggery powder, saffron water, cardamom powder, black salt with 2 cups of water.
Fill the glass with ice and pour the emerald over it.
